I had an amazing experience with this location. I booked a one way truck to cross US boarder. It had to happen that day exactly. The day before, they send me an email and change my pick up location to st zotique. I arrive there at 9:10am and the lady at the gas station doesnt speak a word in english. We tried to use our international data to pick up the truck and doesnt work because it was too slow. We asked for the wifi and she says they dont have it. We drove all the way to this location and the blond lady at the desk and Matthew were so so so nice to us that they went beyond to help us pick up the truck. We had to go back to st zotique. But the fact that we were able to get the truck was such a relief! Thank you so much! We drove 2,000km in two days from Montreal to Minneapolis, US.

The worst do not ever rent from here. I come at 10am to pick it up and everything is going well. On my way back this truck STOPS in the middle of the HIGHWAY with crazy traffic and people speeding and I spent 4-5 hours WAITING for them to do something and give me another truck. Horrible place do not ever come here otherwise they’ll voluntarily give you a truck that will endanger your life because of their laziness. Disgusting.

We reserved two cubes to be delivered to us on Friday at 3 p.m. We also hired movers to fill the cubes on Saturday, and on Sunday the contractor is scheduled to begin demolition after the flood. Friday at 5 p.m. Uhaul calls us to inform us that they counted incorrectly and that they won't have any more cubes for a few weeks. I'll let you guess what kind of trouble this got us into...

The worst customer service they never pick up. I had the worst experience with these thief. They overcharged me on moving day said my truck wasn’t booked. Bunch on thieves. I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone
