Like I said yesterday, this people are bad. I didn't give me ownership when I called him when I was at Service Ontario he said he would answer me on Google. Just imagine. Changing of mind like how? Is just within two hours intervals not even a day. Also Original bill of sale was not given to me. He gave me photocopy and I traveled from Ottawa, this is my first time dealing with Quebec. Big scam. We agreed on 5,500 dollars on Sunday night, I called before embarking on the journey he never tells me price has changed, only for me to arrive and begin to hear stories. Perhaps someday will deal with you one day i don't have your time, but God will gurdge you for cheating on me.

They lied to me. They didn't put As is in the advertisement after giving them deposit I discovered this and I tried to counsel the contact but I was told that I will lose my deposit of $400. Also the advertisement said nothing to repair after paying $6000 as against the agreed $5,500, I spent another 3,800 dollars to change a lot of things. This is very very bad ?

Was looking to buy a car from them. I live 2 hrs away in Ontario. Only asked for some extra pictures of the interior, got an email reply to book an appointment and go at the vehicle in person. Called the following day, person I spoke to in the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to help. He said the pictures were the pictures and I should come in person. Even I stated I was 2 hrs away, and asked if the car wasn't in their lot and he didn't have a smart phone to snap a couple pics and send them to me. The response was he was too busy and couldn't do that. It's that customer service? Are you even trying to sell cars? No wonder why reviews about this place are so sketchy. And please.... Don't come to me with you classic FAKE response you post to every negative review. Start listening to your customers and gain some customer service skills because my request was more than reasonable. Laval Volvo got me extra pictures of a vehicle I inquired about right the following day.Updated just the following day: Auto Caspian response is that they will not tolerate abuse or harrassment towards their staff???? REALLY????How about you start taking feedback from unsatisfied costumers. At no point during the conversation anyone's voice was raised, not an inappropriate word was said from either part. I called you while seating at my cubicle in a Professional Engineering firm, do you think I could scream and swear?? Please!! You were just showing the worst customer skills I've ever seen. When you refused to get me extra pictures after insisting I was interested in buying your car and could save 2hr drive my only words were: "Ok then, have a good day".Please learn and stop making excuses. If you read any of my reviews you'll see they are all constructive.BUYERS BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!

NEVER AGAIN! OUR DISAPPOINTING STORY with Caspian: After much inspection, and taking pictures of every little imperfection (they were minor little scratches), my husband sent the pictures to our son and he decided to purchase the car, his first car, with his own money. We put down a payment of 1500 on Friday and I returned with our son on Monday to pay the rest and the owner drove the car outside. As my son drove off (back to Toronto), I noticed a major scrape (appears to be from the cement pillar in the tiny showroom) along the side of the car from the rear to the middle of the door about a foot wide). When I verified with everyone in the family, and they confirmed those were not there on Friday, I called to discuss with the owner, expecting some sort of explanation or discount, some sort of resolution. My son wants the car so we did not want to return it, we wanted fair treatment. Caspian auto denied everything, insisting the car was as it was on Friday. He refused to discuss the matter, accused US of wrongdoing (!) and would not even consider compensation of any kind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS PERSON.

Recently purchased a Sante Fe. Fair price , above and beyond great service. Polite, patient and accommodating. Heard a little rattle and brought it back. He checked it and repaired right away. Thanks Andy!!
