“When we collected our car from Alamo at Montréal–Trudeau Airport, there was a serious discrepancy between the price on our EconomyCarRentals voucher and the amount shown in the rental agreement. After a full day of travelling, this was an extremely stressful situation. EconomyCarRentals provided no meaningful assistance, but Fabiola, the manager at the Alamo counter, took our concerns seriously from the beginning. She listened, reviewed the information and promised to investigate the matter before we returned. Alamo also provided us with a complimentary vehicle upgrade. When we returned, Alamo followed through and ensured that the bill was corrected. This is exactly how customer service should be handled. Thank you, Fabiola, and thank you to the Alamo team at Montréal–Trudeau Airport.”

“I was at the 405 Michel Jasmin Ave, Dorval, Quebec H9P 1C2 location. The customer service was amazing by Mohammed. I like the convince of the pick up and drop off. I originally made the on line reservation at 3237 Boulevard Des Sources Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z6 location, i didn't get his name unfortunately, he went out of way to accommodate me with a truck at the dorval location because they did not have a truck available.”

“I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Mohammed at Budget Rent a Car at YUL Airport, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Traveling from the US to meet my sisters that I did not see for years. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Mohammed made the rental process seamless and efficient, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best vehicle for my needs, and his knowledge of the options available was impressive. I highly recommend the Budget team at YUL Airport. His excellent customer service truly made a difference, and I will definitely return for my future rental needs. Thank you, Mohammed!”

“Huge thanks to Hichem at Avis! After our flight to New York was canceled due to weather, every rental company told us they had no cars available. Hichem found us a brand-new Ford Bronco Big Bend and completely turned a stressful night around. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better service.”
