I originally made the on line reservation at 3237 Boulevard Des Sources Dollard-des-ormeaux, QC H9B 1Z6 location, i didn't get his name unfortunately, he went out of way to accommodate me with a truck at the dorval location because they did not have a truck available.”
“When we collected our car from Alamo at Montréal–Trudeau Airport, there was a serious discrepancy between the price on our EconomyCarRentals voucher and the amount shown in the rental agreement. After a full day of travelling, this was an extremely stressful situation. EconomyCarRentals provided no meaningful assistance, but Fabiola, the manager at the Alamo counter, took our concerns seriously from the beginning. She listened, reviewed the information and promised to investigate the matter before we returned. Alamo also provided us with a complimentary vehicle upgrade. When we returned, Alamo followed through and ensured that the bill was corrected. This is exactly how customer service should be handled. I had to cut my trip short, so when I returned the car I got a refund plus he gave me a ride to my work place.
