Very rude customer service from the counter employees and disrespectful behavior towards customers stay away from this location, they only care about taking your membership subscription, cleanliness is awful and machines are broken and won't be fixed anytime soon ,if you have issues with your card they don't fix it and in return pass judgement and insult you why bother operating the gym then just to tell the customers to go home

The staff is always friendly but the machines are constantly broken and take weeks for them to be fixed. As of writing this review, 5 machines are broken and 2/4 of the paper towel dispensers are broken.There's also only 1 squat rack which isn't nearly enough. It would also be nice to have a deadlift platform. I spoke with the manager about this and she was extremely dismissive about it. Extremely useless.The owner always responds to these with the same copy and pasted response. Clearly doesn't care about the gym and is simply there for the pay cheque.

I would give one star for the staff and the effort they put to keep the place clean, they’re very nice kids, but it’s been 6 weeks that over 6 machines are broken and the manager has no clue when these will be fixed, I worked out at this place for a year but I won’t renew my membership, they’re open to new members but not to fixing the machines for them.Updating: I left econofitness and tried another gym, tbh this gym is not that bad, I hope the machines get fixed soon

After a year of premium subscription, i got a call say « we want to inform you that your membership is expired go to our website and renew it «Second thing, if the machine doesn’t work it takes them 2-6 weeks to fix it. lol not recommended at all.

Update: It has been approximately two weeks, and there has been no improvement or repair. Furthermore, two other gym equipment pieces are defective and unusable. Econofitness has not addressed customer concerns and seems solely focused on increasing monthly subscriptions. Nobody is satisfied with the service and customer care.I've noticed several defective devices at the gym, and it's disappointing that they haven't been attended to. It would greatly improve the gym experience if Éconofitness could prioritize repairing these devices instead of raising the monthly fees. I value being a customer, and I believe better maintenance would show respect for the clients.

Maintenance is horrible takes way to long to get equipment fix the lack of basic maintenance is incredible I think to date there 8 to 12 broken machine do your self a favour find another gym

I noticed that there are a lot of machines that are defective!!! And not the first time it’s often like that!!!! I wonder why every time it takes weeks to do the repair!!!! I think we pay for that and normally the repair should be very very quick like the billing you give us!!!!I have another remark in the form of a question: why do I see that the machines break down quickly after repair??? This means that the quality of repair is zero! Please work on this otherwise I think me and my friends will leave Éconofitness.Another note: when I train I notice that there are a lot of people (who are always the same people) who don't pay attention to the machines and make a lot of noise when they release the weights (bars and dumbbells) despite the fact that you have already put up a poster prohibiting this!!! I believe that it is up to your employees to do a little check from time to time and raise awareness among the people who train because I think it will help you to have fewer defective machines. THANKS
