Made a reservation during my flight and the poor guy hadn't received it in the system before I arrived. He quickly got one ready for us though. Very nice guy and spoke perfect English, which really helped because my French is 30y out of practice.

Worst enterprise in quebec. No workers waites 40minutes to be served then took 40more minutes to leave. Not one professional worker in there. Will never return here again.

I dealt with Entreprise during the repair of my vehicle and I have nothing to complain about.They came to pick me up with the rental vehicle where I had my car repaired. We went to their office to finalize the file and so that I could leave the security deposit. On the way back I left the rental tank in the garage and they came to pick it up.The security deposit should be returned to me in the coming days

One of the worst places to rent a car. They have no communication between their own team. Very unprofessional & staff lacks training for their own system. Absolutely awful experience

I've had some pretty bad experiences with truck rentals in the past. Getting the truck and it's has all kinds of garbage in it. The most annoying being the truck is not even there to pick as per the agreement. Dorval Enterprise didn't give me any surprises. In fact the only surprise I received was how on the ball they are. I wish all truck rentals went that smooth. All around great experience.

My partner and I rented a Ford F250 at a good price. Plus, when we returned the truck they dropped us off at the airport free of charge. Highly recommend!

Great service, nice cars. I've been renting for the weekends lately and have been very happy with them. The only drawbacks I see is that it is not open on Sundays and they close at 5pm daily (except Saturday's when they close at noon)... also they don't offer the pick-up option here but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask them.Twice I selected Enterprise's 'You Click. We Pick' and saved a few bucks... but you don't know what you are getting, a compact or a higher level but I've been happy with them.

Good service. Very flexible as the agent found me a car which I needed last minute. Somewhat difficult to access as no public transport runs there.

I was served by Shawn Giles.He gave excellent customer care.I remarked that Shawn is professional, timely, polite, warm, and has good judgment. He is easy to deal with.I would definitely recommend to come back and rent a vehicle from this place.Shawn guides you to an easy solution. This was just a terrific encounter. My experience with his knowledge and service was fantastic. Thank you Shawn for the courtesy ride back home also.I felt taken care of as a customer. Thanks again.
