Receiving a parcel - the tracking updates are slow, delivery time was unreasonable , package handed off to a third party with no further ability to track -update after contacting GLS, they provided info and tracking for the third party carrier.

Congratulations to Rime who was super efficient with my package. I forgot to change my address so the package was delivered to the wrong address and Rime took care of everything quickly and professionally and my package was delivered to my new address.
