I moved from Montreal to Vancouver in July. The estimated cost was very fair, and I ended up paying slightly less than expected. None of my items were broken or missing, including fragile ones like wine glasses. The staff in both Montreal and Vancouver were professional and polite. My coordinator, Jonathan, was very responsible and made my move smooth and easy.

Extremely irresponsible moving a television. The promised secure package involved stuffing the TV into a box and filling it with paper, avoiding the screen and giving it zero protection. When the box was later tilted in a storage unit and partially fell over, the screen was damaged in a way that would have been prevented with appropriate packing materials.

10/10 experience! Erin was incredibly helpful and supportive during the move plan. The movers themselves were prompt, polite, highly professional, and quick to problem solve any issues that came up. I cannot recommend King's Transfer enough!

I would hire this company again. Erin was phenomenal. After sensing my worries, she physically came over to my place to do an in-person estimate. Communication was always fast. There were zero hidden fees. The company seems to be managed very well. The movers were also great, fast, and thorough. I moved across the country from Montreal and am very satisfied I decided to go with this company!

Our moving team, headed by Ercan, were all wonderful and took great care of our furniture and other belongings. They showed up ahead of schedule and were done as quickly as humanly possible. All four were very personable and professional; turning what could have been a very stressful day into a pleasant experience for my wife and me. Erin was also very helpful in organizing our move and accommodating our requests.

We were very pleased with our move using Kings Transfer. To start, we felt confident with Kings Transfer as they were the only one, of all the moving companies I contacted, to take the time to visit us and see first hand what we needed to move. They were great to work with and their call on midway through the move to check on things was much appreciated. All in all, office team was a delight to work with.
Also, Cristian and his movers were fantastic. He was on time, communicative, knowledgeable, organized, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. He showed care with our goods and was helpful in setting things up when delivering our furnishings. We could not have asked for a better team.
We hope to not have to move for a very long time. If/when we do however, we will certainly call on Kings Transfer.

Worst service ever. They broke a lot of our statues and even computer monitor. Talking to them is impossible, the receptionist lady is rude, no manners and doesn't even respond to emails. If you have a lot of valuable items, DO NOT HIRE THEM as they won't even compensate for all the damages

I was referred to King’s by Atlas Van Lines, they moved me locally, I packed my own boxes, they sent three men and a truck, a very good team, efficient and polite, they were done in six and a half hours. They didn’t waste any time and everything was done right, nothing was damaged all the boxes were intact, overall a success and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks!

This is not the place to post this. But this is what they do when you were bullied, Assaulted, then CEO fired you, just to shut up of on going violence at Kings Transfer. I want accountability.
