“I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marie-Anne Cloutier of Bain Depot in Ville Lasalle over the past couple of months..Ms. Cloutier has been amazing to deal with, she took the time and patience to answer my hundred questions. If only all employees were as amazing as Ms. Cloutier, shopping would be simply a pleasant experience. A while after my purchases, I returned to the store with another question. Marie-Anne told me that she would get back to me once she had informed herself about my question. Within an hour she had called and left a message on my answering machine and asked that I call her back at the store. She answered my question and even took the time to send me a quick video she had made to show me how to do what I wanted.

They supplied me a Riobel replacement hose free of charge (no proof of purchase required). A quick DIY job and I was back in business! My wife thinks I'm a hero now :)
