The worst company I have ever seen in my holy life. -5 stars. Impossible to speak with someone on the phone, you have to call, ask for a callback, and receive a callback 30 minutes later so that the person on the line understands absolutely nothing. They even transferred me to Virgin. I then asked Virgin to transfer me to the right department. They told me it's impossible, you hang up the line on me.... What kind of service I'm patient in life but two years really reached my limits

***0 stars***never choose the automatic replenishment option*** my partner has not been with them for at least two months. They charged him $80 for the first month and say they can't do anything and this month $40 and they say they don't see the transaction, yet it appears in his bank account... of course a complaint will be made against the company

Terrible onboarding, top-up system makes no sense. Did not receive bonus data as promised. Getting 400kbps on great connection in middle of the city. Avoid at all cost. Closed my account a week in. Unusable

This company has opted for automated customer service where talking to someone seems impossible. Instead, we're caught in a loop of choices to make with messages telling you to go to the website and a lying comment telling you to continue and talk to a real person.For this reason, I will avoid this company from now on.

If I could give 0 stars, I would give the customer service is just disgusting no one can find a solution to my problem, I was charged twice in the same month, each time I called to find out why the agents found apologies for not responding!!!!
