Après avoir acheté la guitare Epiphone spécial édition Back to the Future 1677,49 retiré sur ma Visa, j'ai vu ma commande annulé par le directeur aux vente, il m'a envoyé un courriel en me disant qu'il était désolé et comprenait ma frustration. La guitare était affiché sur le site, j'ai acheté, bref les commentaires sur internet ne sont vraiment pas bons, très mauvaise expérience

staff are very helpful on phone. had an issue and had to replace an item and they took care of it and even gave me praise for being deaf and such. it was a great experience. i even bought a oceans 12 pedal to like say thank you to them. pedal obviously amazing and game packaged like true pros who care about gear as much as they do people.

As a DJ from Alberta everything has to come from long and mcquade. Which is great for the product itself but they have zero specialized equipment or premium items without paying tariffs,
Redone has shipped me 5 cases for my assorted decks now and continues to meet deadlines and have excellent customer service. Prices are about what you’d expect for specialty tools they’re selling, support Canadian!

I was going to buy a Cort KX507 MS that was listed for $749 CAD (about $830 after tax). The next day, the listing jumped to $1,749 CAD. When I asked why, “Olivier” told me it was an “expensive guitar” and the previous price was a “glitch” their IT department fixed. I do not think this is true.
I was ready to buy this guitar and even had it in my cart, so watching the price jump overnight was disappointing. This model is known as an affordable 7-string, usually selling for much less. Even though prices have risen, it’s still not reasonable to list it at nearly $1,800 CAD. It’s only “expensive” because they tacked on $1,000 for no reason. They even offered to sell it to me for $1,800, which is laughable. The entire allure to this particular guitar model is that it is under $1000 despite its high quality.
I won’t consider Redone Music ever again.

Ordered a pioneer xdj az dj controllor from you through amazon when it was on sale. Got my order confermation then nothing for days. Start asking around to find out it was cancelled without anyone telling me. Red one blames amazon, amazon blames red one. It is no longer on sale and i cant afford to buy it anymore. So no dj decks for the thanksgiving party. Do your self a favour and get your equipmemt else where!

Ordered an Opus Quad demo unit from Redone. Unfortunately, it arrived with a jog wheel issue right out of the box, but the support I received from Benjamin was outstanding. He responded quickly, arranged a return label right away, and kept me updated throughout the process. The turnaround was fast, and he even sent me videos of the repaired unit before shipping it back.
Top-notch customer service. Thanks again to Benjamin and Redone for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Overall experience was okay, they advertise things as “available online” even though they’re not, I was offered a substitute for a guitar that I wanted and was happy, but still not right to allow people to pay for something that they can’t even sell

Customer service was abysmal. I’ll try to keep this brief, though the experience could easily fill a novel.
I purchased a camera from this company (I am based in the U.S.) because their website listed it as in stock with FREE shipping. Shortly after, I was informed it was actually out of stock, but a new shipment would arrive within two weeks. That didn’t happen. Instead, I received a call asking if I wanted to keep my order, but I would now need to wait a full month. I agreed, even though it was meant to be a gift and already delayed.
When the camera finally shipped weeks later, the carrier required an additional cost (more than half of what I spent on this item) in brokerage fees at delivery, something that had never been disclosed by Red One Music. I refused the package and asked for it to be returned.
When I called the company, I was told to submit an online ticket. After several emails and a call, their response was essentially to blame the U.S. government and insist it was my responsibility to know about these charges. Worse, they refused to refund me the full amount and demanded I pay their brokerage fees just for them to accept the return of their own product.
If you live outside of Canada, I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere. Advertising “FREE shipping” and “in-stock” items while failing to disclose hidden international fees is misleading and unacceptable.
I sincerely hope this company rethinks how it conducts business if it intends to grow. And to be clear, please do not contact me after this review. The time to remedy the situation was long before now.

I ordered a laptop stand from this company and I was never told that the item would be delayed in shipping. Please note that I live in the U.S. I understand it takes some time to deliver here from Canada, but I was not made aware of estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
Instead, I received an email a short time later, stating that it wouldn't be shipped until 2 weeks later. I waited a month for it altogether.
When UPS attempted to deliver my purchase, they informed me that they could not deliver it unless I paid a customs charge of just under $100. I was shocked, to say the least, so I refused to accept the package.
I promptly requested a refund for my order, but Musiqe Red One never issued one, even after two weeks. I contacted my card company and requested a reversal because the charge was still reflected on my account.
Then, I got another surprise. A bill from UPS International Package Services. At first, I thought it was real, but then decided it was a scam. However, I was unsure, so I contacted UPS. They assured me it was a real invoice. However, it was incorrectly billed to me.
I was on the phone for a total of an hour and ten minutes trying to navigate this mess due to holding times, but it was eventually settled.
I hope you don't have to go through the same issue. Otherwise, I would advise not ordering from them if you are not in Canada. You will receive an unpleasant bill along with your package.
As a footnote, I didn't realize that Musician's Friend had the same item in stock. I subsequently ordered from them and received it in two days.
