Self Storage in Dorval, QC

“Last week was my first time inquiring about public storage services. Because of the closing of my 35-year-old Manoir Kanisha company, the Agence du Revenue du Canada requires that we keep all our accounting documents for the last 6 years following the closing date. This represents 12 monthly boxes x 6 years = 72 boxes. There is no place in our condo to store so many boxes. I decided to visit the ENTREPÔT PUBLIC de Dorval. I was delighted by the excellent client services provided by Despina and Vanessa, a new employee. Despina is very knowledgeable and generous. Even though I arrived at 5:55 pm, their closing time, she took 30 minutes after hours to explain all their services, rates and even showed me the various sizes of spaces they had available for my needs.

Yesterday, March 12, we arrived with an extra long truck (56 feet and 18 wheels) full of our Manoir Kanisha tools and accounting boxes. Despina stopped her lunch period and did all what is possible to assist us during our first time delivery and facilitated the movement of our oversize truck. I wish to thank her so much. I recommend this facility, which is well organized, clean, professional and has outstanding client services.
