In person when I came to pay there was very good, very respectful service but on the phone the condescension and arrogance of the man I spoke with deeply disturbed me. Next year I will go elsewhere, even if I have to pay more.

Shop elsewhere pay more but no surprise when you go to claim an accident after years of good driving record you will not have a privilege but they will increase your policy

Very poor communication on their part in an inheritance file. Too long delay before receiving the documents. Unnecessarily aggressive request for payment. No return call from supervisor.

In fact, my car was stolen in early August. This was my first time this had happened to me, so you can understand how upset I was. This is a complete violation of privacy.Your associate showed no empathy towards my situation. When I asked her questions, she made me feel like I was constantly bothering her. Almost with every question, I had the right to a sigh. His role, among other things, is to be able to answer my questions regarding the disaster, but I have the impression that he was not interested in that at all. It was always difficult and complicated to communicate with her.It was my second year with the Alpha insurance company, but I had to change companies after the service I received.

Only insurance company I have dealt with for 17 years (38 years now). Impeccable service and regular follow-up from claims adjusters. However, it has been 3 months since I had an accident with my car and it is still not repaired.
