I ordered a package from California and I had already paid delivery fees, but I don't understand why they charge me another $40! That doesn't make sense.

Bad service, closing at noon and 4 p.m., no evening service, long queue, stupid employee and schedule on the internet not up to date.

Bad service, the lady who works there told me in a very disrespectful accent "we don't have time to call people!" She refused to help me and do her job! Honestly very very disappointed.
