Great dissatisfaction with customer service. The home showed great disorganization. For over 2 months we were waiting for news regarding a part that had been ordered for repair. We were constantly being made promises that were ultimately not backed up. No follow-up telephone calls were made from them, we had to constantly follow up ourselves, sometimes without any response following a message left. The day of the installation, the repairman arrived 3 hours late and ultimately, he did not have the right part since the distributor had not sent it. A check should have been done at the store before planning anything with the customer. Finally, during the final call where we wanted to check what was possible to do given that we ended up with a demo, the seller showed a great lack of respect.
