Buy a used fridge in 2021, today the fridge no longer seems to keep cold I call the store and they refer me to Nicolas the repairman who is also the owner. By exchanging with him by text he guided me to find the problem and resolve it. So for after-sales service 3 years later I don't think we can do better. Really satisfied with the fridge and washer purchased from him, I highly recommend.

Several models of used appliances available. We bought an oven and a refrigerator which work really well. The saleswoman was understanding and patient in explaining all the details of the warranty and delivery to us.

Good quality/price of appliances and courteous employees. However, it turned out that the ice machine in our refrigerator was defective. After several months of waiting, phone calls (3), text messages, emails and even in person at the store, no technician came by to even see the problem.
After-sales service management is clearly deficient. We are told that we will pass, that it is not guaranteed, that defective appliances are cheaper (but no one told us that the model we bought was broken)...in short, check EVERYTHING really carefully. defects before concluding your sale, because once they arrive at your home, very little recourse is possible with them.
If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go to Électro-Dépôt (and don't think that I'm the type to complain or that I was arrogant with the administrators✌?)

Great after-sales service.
The owner traveled 2 days in a row at the end of his working days for the fridge which was freezing but which was above 20 degrees Celsius in its lower part.
He knew exactly what the problem was and only took 10 minutes each time to fix it.
