Worst experience. No follow-up, does not respect its own deadlines and it is an eternal start again. Advisor Julie Daunais is not organized and has no rigor. The director Sylvie Thériault offers compensation to alleviate our discontent but she has no words, I am still waiting for the submission of what she told me. I am in the complaint process and I will continue with AMF and send a formal notice. It's simply Scammer!

2 times extremely poor service, I strongly advise against it, the financial advisor is very incompetent and does not respect any request from the client and because of that the branch manager Ms. Theriault took charge of everything (did nothing apart from usanarching even more and abusing the weakness that we had recently, and not respecting his words on the whole process), took several months to resolve this, so I suggest you think again before taking td and especially this branch worst service to the customers of all my life and worse than thieves and disrespectful, also not signing anything because he paid nothing at all and did not warn us in any way of the additional costs to be incurred despite who verbally say they pay it after we argue with them but do not 'never refunded since they said it verbally*

This branch is a disgrace to the TD brand. We made the imprudence of wanting to refinance our mortgage with them, while we usually did business with another branch...The advisor completely lacks professionalism. She doesn't return his calls or respond to emails. After almost 2 weeks, we had to go through the receptionist and another employee twice to finally be able to speak to her, because the lady didn't seem to want to answer us. We thus lost precious time without having any follow-up and during this time the rates rose further. I have been a TD customer since 2011, but I have never seen such an attitude before. It is a profound lack of respect towards customers who are taken for suitcases. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs because the service is pitiful.

Worst branch for service! Do not take a mortgage with them because they require you to pay an additional amount to pay your taxes but they do not pay them! When you try to reach them, they don't respond! It's pitiful!!!

I went with TD that day I had deposited my check and it was frozen I couldn't use my money there madam thawed it for me I thank her for her service and the others also continue to love you.Soon my mother and my sister will open their accounts there because with Desjardins they do not want to do service so TD gives good service tell us why etc. thank you for this experience I will always stay with TD! ??
