“We had an amazing week-long vacation at La Bannik last week is August. No one wanted to leave at the end. Fishing off the dock, endless hiking trails, lots of boating (water skiing, tubing, wake-boarding). We stayed at L’Enchenteur which had its own hot tub. Two bedrooms, 3 beds in each (double bed and two single beds). Full kitchen. Sometimes wife and the kids and went to the pool while myself and other family members went boating so people did their own thing because so many options for things to do. We went in a tour of the mines in Cobalt one day, as well as the miniature car museum in Haileysburg, toured the beach in Haileysburg, and saw the abandoned mansion there. Guillaume, who works at the front desk, is very outgoing and friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Overall a very relaxing vacation and the highlights were catching a big pike off the dock 5 min after putting line in and water sports in the very calm waters of Lake Temiskaming when wind is calm.”
