We contacted them and within 10 minutes they came to investigate the vehicle. The mechanic invited us to go to the nearby garage for more detailed investigation. The problem being major, we decided to leave the car at the garage for repairs. We had an activity planned for the evening in Montreal. So we asked them if there was a taxi to take us to a car rental company. No taxi in East Angus, noting our dismay at not being able to get quickly to Sherbrooke to the car rental company. The owner André offered to drive us back to Sherbrooke. At the beginning of the following week he called me to explain in detail the repair to be carried out, as well as the total cost of the repair.
