A hotel that needs an update for the rooms. Old furniture, uncomfortable hard bed, small bathroom with no space to put your stuff. The included breakfast was very good although limited selection. We didn’t have time to use any of the many features like spa, pool, electric bikes but looked nice and the pool looked to be newish…. So overall a little disappointed.

The only reason I gave this a 4 star rather than 5 is because, on a beautiful hot summer morning, they never opened up the pool, which I was dying to use before checking out. Sign says it opens at 9am. When we were checking out at 11am, still not opened. SO DISAPPOINTING. Brought my bathing suit for nothing. :(

Was in Knowlton for the weekend and hotel was our base.Clean rooms ,staff are friendly. Rooms have no USB outlets(??)TV is very old you can’t cast to it (?) Hotel need up grades for the price they charge . However the bed was comfortable .Water in shower does have a strong sulfur odor since it’s most probably sourced from a well but they supply spa scented soap to hide the smell possibly(?) Shower has good pressure and clean BUT the tub has a strange shape to make it drain better so it’s not flat and very slippery with no bars to grab if you do slip so we put a small towel down in the shower and that remedied the situation.The continental breakfast is alright but not in abundance nor much to choice , no hot food offered , yogurt are in small dishes,some fresh fruit, croissants …overall not great. Would I ago there again ? For the cost I might try some other local B&B next time since this was rather pricy for what we got

The room lacked cleanliness. There were hairs and dog hairs in a few places but you didn't see under the bed!!! Phew!!!! The sweeper hadn't been used for a long time.

Loved this hotel. Absolutely beautiful location! Rooms were very nice and very modern. Lake View from the room was also good, enjoyed the balcony ( wish it had less of spider webs, then more enjoyable) reception and lobby area and receptionist , everything was welcoming. Swimming pool area, open deck area, grassy area with Adirondack chairs, gym, spa, Sauna and steam and hot tub everything made our stay very enjoyable. Lac brome and views from the beach is fantastic. Only thing is restaurant was nit in operation and that was little disappointing. Plus breakfast was served but no options for vegetarian except for fruits... a simple addition of toast and butter also could have been helpful.

The room was good, in terms of very very ordinary service, I would even say mediocre. No Wifi in any case no code registered either at the entrance to the Hotel or in our rooms. The person at the ordinary reception if we don't ask any questions we have zero information. The restaurant is closed for renovations. Continental breakfast just ok and not varied. Always the same things to eat every morning. As for the spas a big zero 2 spas including 1 broken. The next day spa closed at 9am when it is supposed to be open until at least 10am. Very disappointing. Very comfortable bed, nice view of Brome Lake but not worth the price we paid. Lunch is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. go go go go go go go for lunch and then finally it is 10 a.m. and lunch is still there.
Rooms: GOOD. Comfortable bed.
Food & drinks: Very ordinary lunch. a different lunch the second morning would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff the room was the largest in the hotel clean and very beautiful inside but on the terrace not possible to stay there not clean full of webs and spiders everywhere and no shower gel in the bathrooms just shampoo even next to the bath, ordinary meal, and the swimming pool very dirty not clean and the deckchairs without super hard cushion, for us it was too expensive to pay to go back ?♀️

Hôtel bien situé mais aurait besoin d’un peu d’attention. Pas de bornes pour voiture électrique. Télé dans la chambre de la taille d’un écran d’ordinateur. Repas très moyens. Well located hotel but needs a little tlc. No charging station for electric cars. Tv in the room is more the size of a computer monitor. Food acceptable but not great.

Hotel that changes ownership so as not to pay for the work carried out by several contractors.. Does not answer the phone. is never present. Badly honest people
