“All in all the service over all is not bad. But there's no feedback on what was done to the vehicle from the guy who did the service. I've got a recall that's not finish since i dont know when. Its like there's no follow up on things.”
“I was on a trip to see my girlfriend's family and my car failed to start after stopping at a lookout. Not only did they get to me within an hour, but also tried to fix the car on the spot. Only 2 days wait for the complete fix and a good affordable price. I recommend to anyone in the area for vacation or if they are local. They mostly spoke French but had people at the desk that spoke perfect English so there was no language barrier either. 5/5”

“We had issues with out car battery while on our roadtrip. We were able to buy a new battery nearby but the mechanics were busy for the day. We found this centre and they were busy too but still were very nice to help us. They speak English and were quick and very helpful!”

“If I could give 6 stars I would. As other reviewers have commented, this place is golden for stranded travelers far from home. The Turbo Charger on our Mercedes Benz RV chassis blew out while touring the Gaspe Peninsula. We googled the nearest highly rated mechanic and RD Mecanique came up. We limped into the driveway and met Mike - thankfully for us an English speaking mechanic who interrupted his brake job to help us. He diagnosed our problem, hauled out his box of tools for German engines, and went to work pulling the hose structure back in line and securing it with a clamp. He gave us the name of a Diesel Engine mechanic in Gaspe if we needed it and advised us un route with fewest hills back to return to New Brunswick and ultimately Bangor, ME Mercedes Benz. We made it home - 30 hours of driving later thanks to Mike's goodwill and ingenuity. Kindness and competence - you can't beat that combo.”
