Frederick saves the day (and vacation)
Was towing our trailer from Ontario to perce camping. My truck lost power . Frederick found a part in record time had it repaired even leant us his personal truck to use. Can't thank you enough your friends from Ontario

- Customer service without follow-up.- Incompetent management team.- Save yourself the hassle.- They sold me a lemon and they are burying their heads in the sand.- Engine blown (2.4L V4) since last April, director unaware of the problem despite several calls.- No courtesy car.- I regret doing business with Kia/GM.
