This bank should be closed. The staff is very unpleasant and refused to give me a new bank card.
They were very rude and wanted me to sit with the manager for 20 minutes to fill out a form to get a new bank card. Even worse, they don’t handle cash or have any tellers. Worst bank ever

horrendous service. fees i was explicitly told i would get were more than triple. i suppose i should have read the entire contract they rushed me to sign

Not a competent branch at all! Fancy building but they can’t even do a simple bank draft. They took 30 min of my time and then told me to go back next day morning cause their system has “issues”. I drove to Ottawa right after and they issued my bank draft in less than 10 min.
