We purchased a Samsung clothes dryer on 10/16/2023. After a month and ten days, it stopped working. We talked to the store and he said that we cannot return it. I am disappointed ?

This is about their online store. I ordered a Norton product digital download. I never received it. Contacted them through their chat. Was told they were going to ask the vendor to send it again within 24 hours. Never received it. I contacted them again through chat. They said to give an alternate email address as there might be a problem with sending to hotmail address. Hmmm...if that's a problem, maybe they should state that on the page in big letters, so you don't order it? I gave them another and still didn't get it. I contacted them again through chat and asked for a refund. He said wait one more day...don't worry, and if I don't get it, I can get my refund. Still nothing. So I phoned their customer service. I was told that I can't get a refund for a digital download, only if they send it physically. That wasn't stated on the webpage I ordered it from, or from their online chat person who was telling me that I could get a refund. It should be visible, so people can make an informed decision. And I never even received the product! I asked the rep if he could bring this issue to a manager. He said there is nothing he can do. I said why can't anyone investigate this? He said the only thing he can do is ask them to send the product. I said that Best Buy is the face to this vendor, and they should be resolving this issue. At least not keep the vendor on their website if they don't even send the product. He will do nothing. So I just gave a stranger on their website my money for free, and best buy will do nothing. What a scam. Also, when I ordered the product it said ship and sold through best buy, so I was expecting to receive it from them.And to the response from best buy posted below, the link you gave me is the same one that I already used and got nowhere with. thanks .Update: I ended up getting my money refunded when I went through the Better Business Bureau. Their reply was that there is a glitch sometimes when sending out downloads.

Today, I tried to return a Dyson product but was rejected twice. The salesperson assured me that I could return the product within 30 days if I was dissatisfied, provided it was in good condition and contained all original components. However, the staff at the store, including the manager, insisted that open box returns were not accepted. Even after consulting with someone from Best Buy HQ and having them clarify the return policy over the phone on speaker, the location begrudgingly processed the refund. Nonetheless, an employee at the store still insisted that this was a special exception and not their standard practice. It's essential to ensure consistent adherence to the company's policy, which is clearly stated on the website and used as a selling point by the sales team.

Posted a review here 4 years ago, for impeccable service. Same thing again today.Employee (Josh) gave us a pretty good service and even managed to show me a better alternative for my broken hard drive. I tried acting smart like he was showing me something I already knew, but deep down I was struck.

Bought a gas range two weeks ago (takeaway old - install new). Paid in full. Two weeks later, the installer writes to say they will be further delayed?? Indefinitely - no installation teams in the region. Wow!

Sur votre site web, vous devriez mentionner qu'il y a une vérification par texto pour un commande dès le début. Aussi rabais d'une durée limité....qui se retrouve a être exactement le même prix sur amazon (avec le même rabais...sans aucune durée limité)

J'ai acheté en ligne une cuisinière qui a été livrée abîmé et que j'ai refusé. Ils m'ont livré une 2e cuisinière qui en fait était la même que la première, abîmé au même endroit. Depuis, J'essaie d'avoir ma cuisinière neuve et aucun succès. Ça fait 15 jours que j'attend. Leur service est pourri.

Moi je vais être très honnête j'ai acheté tellement électronique au best Buy a Gatineau toujours des défauts avec les choses que achete je viens acheter deux télévision neuve plus speaker Bluetooth JBL 110 je vous jure télévision a un défaut esthétique dans le coin droit mon speaker Bluetooth JBL 110 je l'adore le son mais grosse grafignure en avant pas fun acheté des choses neuve pis côté esthétique ya des défauts la je veux avoir un autre speaker Bluetooth JBL modèle 110 aucun best Buy le vend sold out moi je trouve ça plate 1 la vie coûte chaire quand tu entres tu achètes quelques choses que tu aimes regarde exemple j'ai deux télévision neuve 55 pouce chez moi avec la facture les deux endommagé pis mon speaker Bluetooth JBL modèle 110 grafignure je suis tellement déçu ? que je c'est pas quoi faire en plus jabhite avec ma mère pis on a des problème de santé ? pis il ont rien en stock côté électronique pas fort je viens dépensé juste la semaine passée 2000$ pis je regarde mes choses avec des défauts et des égratignures c'est plate je suis tannée de me battre avec ce magasin best Buy a Gatineau ??????

Worst buy, not best buy. Worst service ever. I went to return a memory card card today sunday June 4th at 11:30am that my daughter bought. The clerk at the customer service told me if I can put it in my debit. I told her no, because it's my daughter money and she paid cash. Then she said to come back in few hours. Any how I asked her to speak with the manager, smiling she said "I'm the manager and this is my area". Then she said no customer paid with cash so she doesn't have cash,. Still unacceptable. I asked her what time they open and she replied 10am and it was 11:30am. Anyhow if there is no customers that paid cash, they supposed to have some petty cash or get some from the front cashiers. Unacceptable and excusable answer from the supposedly manager. But it was in a rude way.I would give Zero stars but unfortunately there is no option for that.
