I have been a call it Spring customer for a long a time but I recently had a very bad experience at this store, I had bought previously a pair of shoes (high heels) I got home and decided to test the shoes I put the on in the house, I have a carpet in my house so the shoes only got in touch with the carpet, after a few minutes I realized that they were not very comfortable I took them off.When I took them back to this location, the lady at the store took like 5 minutes to examine the shoes, then she refused to take them back she said “she can not sell those shoes because they were used “ I tried to explain to her that I did wear the shoes but did not step outside with them and I only wore them for less than 10 minutes, and she kept yelling that since they were worn she can’t take them back, I felt very humiliated, and I am convinced my skin colour had something to do with her refusing to take the shoes back, everyone was looking at me in the store.I ended up calling customer service, I wanted to send them pictures, I explained the situation to the customer service representative and she told me no need to send pictures that she trusted me, told me she is going to create a complaint case and the director of the store will contact me in the following 48 hours, it was March 23 until this day I never received a call back, I already called 3 times to follow up every time it’s the same story “we will make sure the director get back to you in the next 48 hours!”Any way I took the shoes back to a different location, they accepted them without any problem, I still want to file a complaint about the first store :( here is the foto of shoes she refused to take back!!

Will not shop here again. Returned a pair of shoes a few hours after buying them. They didnt work with what I bought them for.
The cashier refused to do the return without a phone number and email etc. I think I've given less information for background checks. And she insisted it was store policy and would not return my money otherwise.
Not worth the hassle and the attitude for not wanting to share personal info.
