Made my first online purchase, which was a birthday balloon bouquet for my daughter. I'm sick and actually being treated as an outpatient, so I wanted to get some the easiest way, as my oldest was picking up for me. So, I picked up the bouquet and paid online; I received an email stating that the order was ready, which contained the tap for "I'm Here," once parked in the designated area. Well that didn't happen as nobody went out, so my daughter had to go in, was served rudely when she asked about the order, then handed a pack of 5 balloons, not blown with helium as helium was included on price, then had to follow girl to have them blown, who again was rude, just blew them up, handed to my daughter and walked away without saying one word; wow. While this was happening I was on phone with store manager (Simon) who honestly didn't seem to care as he said some people don't want them blown up...anyhow got him to agree for some way to compensate for the terrible experience, but unfortunately my daughter was already gone by the time he got to section, so nothing. I called back and could not speak to him again as he was on his supper break, and the woman said she could not do anything to call back... I gave up... first and last purchase of this sort.Sorry for the long review but it was for such a special event and something I thought would and should have been so simple turned out to be the total opposite.

This is the worst Canadian Tire in the Ottawa-Gatineau area; maybe in Canada. Customer service is just zero. It's driven me out of the store, it's so bad. There are no more than one cashiers open at a time, but you are welcome to do the work yourself at a glitchy self-check-out. This Canadian Tire is so bad I wrote to Canadian Tire Corporation about it. This Canadian Tire is so bad that I would happily buy it from the current franchisee just to fix it.

If I could, I would give 0.If I could, I'd give 0.English will follow.I make an appointment for a diagnosis. When I arrived at the appointment time, I was told that it did not exist in their system. What a waste of my time! I am asked to come back 2 hours later. I go back to drop off the vehicle. Following the diagnosis, I was told that the costs would be $950 without any explanation. I refuse the repairs and ask to pay only for the diagnosis. At checkout, the cashier tells me that the cost is $149.41, which is very high for a diagnosis. I asked him to confirm that no repairs had been made and he confirmed it. Not convinced that the vehicle was not touched as requested, I return to the shop to speak with the garage manager. Very unpleasant to talk to him. Disrespectful, very stupid and sarcastic. I am told that a repair was made without my permission, without the wear and tear of a new part, which explains the higher price than that of a diagnosis. Furthermore, following a visit to the dealership, the said repair did not follow the vehicle manufacturer's standards. I ask for a refund and the manager is not interested. I ask to speak to someone else and he says, “I’m the boss here.” Literally a steal. Bad repair, without permission, neither written on the receipt, very poor service and classless. Very scratchy.Never go there for anything. They will take all your money and laugh at you.To CT--If my comment and experience was that important to you, you would call me back to offer me a refund instead of having a robot respond to me here and neglect my customer service record. I was in the store at the Plateau for maybe 7 mins..less then 10 looking for a heater and a prices on baby tooth brush. I found one for 12.99 and wondered if other places had more of a variety. I was gonna come back for heater as it is cold in our basement place in the morning. When I was leaving I was asked if my packsack can be searched. Never in my life has that ever happened to me. Now I don't feel like shopping today as a First Nation person :( or going back to that Canadian tire store ever again!!

Pretty bad experience here. I went to get a new battery because my car would not crank or start, and my battery was getting pretty old, the new one they installed developed green corrosion on it and I re encountered the same issue a day later so I had to get a boost to bring it back to get a new battery as it was under warranty. The young girl at the front desk hated her job and it showed, she was rude with me and other customers, she told me that in order to get it checked or replaced it would have to be defective, I had to get assistance from the manager who approved the replacement, they mentioned that the battery, alternator and electrical system were checked and no issues were found, however the next day I still couldn’t crank or start my car again, I called CAA to get it towed to a mechanic and they told me the issue was with the alternator, got it replaced and my car is up and running again. The staff in the garage are lazy and unprofessional. I’d suggest bringing your car elsewhere, you’ll have a much better service!

The clerk cannot find the products indicated in stock on the application (impossible to get my hands on them in the warehouse), I had to order online and collect them the next day at the locker pickup.
