Last Saturday, October 26, 2024, I was happy to be able to make a small purchase at Rapido for a 12 pack of beer. I was told that I had to pay with a Debit card, which I seldom use. After the use of the Debit card, the Bank proceeded to decline the use of my card, as someone had tried to steal from my account at that store. It will be impossible for me to make any future purchases at Rapido, especially as the management did not seem concerned at all.

Two cans of beer and one ice cream sandwich, the young lady tried charging me 38.00 dollars!
I said that can't be right and she said no that's the price. I walked out and never going back!!

Never had a bad experience, even when I ended up with a rotten box of wine(not their fault from supplier).. they exchanged no issues and the staff was attentive and super helpful..I appolgize to the staff working for my irritation..wasn't quite a "Karen"-- just didn't want to go home with another rotten wine!!-- lol..Thanks again
