Dollarama is a clean and organized dollar store, very well located with ample parking. It offers mostly self checkout. Customers almost always find what they are looking for, often having stock that other stores run out of. The smiling staff is available to help. It is acknowledged that the store sells cheap items not of top quality, and may not carry all specific brands. Some feedback notes that service at the cash register is not very good. Overall, it is viewed as a very good store for getting the stuff you want.

It's okay, it's a Dollarama so it's got cheap s*** and it's got good s***. If you're going to shop there you already know it's not going to be top quality. So you go in you get the stuff you want and you leave

The move to self checkout has made checking out extremely slow...not my fav location due to this.
