Honestly I am sorry for the service I received. I went there to buy 2 pillows for a total of $260 at the beginning of the month. They didn't have our pillows in store. The saleswoman kindly offers to have them brought to me from the warehouse delivered directly to my home. I appreciate the offer and accept. Everything should arrive in 3-4 business days. I receive the tracking and I realize that the address is entered incorrectly and therefore it will be returned to the sender! Customer service sends me back to the store...what is customer service for then!!! the store says I received my order the next day (a Saturday) even though I have proof that it was returned to the warehouse. I am offered to have my pillows transferred from another store. I'm told they will arrive on Friday. I say perfect, put the one you have aside, I'll get both at the same time. The second one arrives and I haven't heard from them. I call on Friday to be told that they haven't transferred my other pillow!! That if I wish I can go pick it up in Ottawa even though it’s 1 hour from home! I told him I wanted a refund and told me you're going to have to bring me the one you already have!…. I replied that I don't have any pillows in my possession... I should have my refund within 3 working days, I hope my misadventure will end there!
In short, I am really disappointed and frustrated with the service I was offered.

I purchased 5 mattresses in last 4 years. All have 10 years warranty. One was in terrible condition after 2 years. I had to pay $62 to have an inspection done. They denied any warranty because they said mattress was abused. It is a beauty rest , only abuse...my son is a big boy? Not happy, customer service is zero for me.

I visited Dormez Vous about a month ago and Natacha helped me find the most comfortable mattress. I always thought I needed firm but as she had me try out several models I found myself gravitating towards medium. She found me a great deal, under my budget. I have now been enjoying this mattress for a month and I'm shocked that many of the body pains I just assumed were morning stiffness are gone. Very pleased with the shopping experience and the product.

Yesterday I visited the 73 Boul de la Gappe location to shop for a Queen sized replacement mattress for our guest room. I was greeted immediately by Simon, who was welcoming, authentic, cheerful and very customer-centric. He listened attentively/patiently to all my questions. Simon’s requirements elicitation skills were second-to-none. Bravo!Another critical element of Simon’s customer-centric approach was the added-value of his unbiased customer education and information sharing. His sharing of unbiased product knowledge and pros/cons of various options to meet our specific needs—was both reassuring and impactful. Simon’s customer-centric focus was commendable. The Firm mattress is actually FIRMM!!!! I've gone to about a dozen stores in the Ottawa/Gatineau and the biggest difference between their least and most firm mattress was the tag on the end of it. This place i asked for a very firm mattress the customer service person took me straight to the firmest mattress he had and it was perfect.4 stars because it was quite pricey (~$1300 before taxes and delivery) and they try to up sell you pretty hard.

Do not buy here... Ever.Bought a mid range Sealy mattress less than 5 years ago. I took good care of this mattress. It has however lost all support and integrity and no one can bare sleeping in it. Since it had a 10 year warranty, I applied to get it replaced, but since a minor drooling stain was on it, they refused to back their product up. Both Sealy and Sleep Country should not be trusted as they do not truly support their products or want to deal with honest costumers. I refused to ever do business with Sealy and Sleep Country from this moment on.A "good" mattress should last at least 10 years and not be without any integrity or support after 4.
