  Was kept on hold for over an hour... Then line cut off! Called back again only to be left on hold! Trying to arrange the return of a rental! They can let me know whenever they would like their vehicul back I guess! I tried!

  A car rental company with no vehicle is difficult.. I had a reservation number following an accident with my vehicle I arrive there no vehicle available they call in Gatineau they don't really have any either
