A little disappointed with this organization.. they know that I’m in dire need been trying to get help once I got finally an answer they lost my request twice… once they finally contacted me I was happy .. took not one but two days on different occasions off work … no one contacted me to let me know what’s going on and I did call multiple times to get told I’ll get a call back and to my surprise never did… my advice get on Facebook and join buy nothing… I got my help like that still missing a lot of my place but I got to start some where since this place doesn’t seem like wanting to help..

I attempted to donate almost new furniture following the death of a family member, but they were incompetent and unable to even respond to emails, without even beginning any semblance of organization. picking. After a few follow-ups I let it happen.
