Courteous service and replacement of the rear bumper carried out perfectly. Courtesy car offered recent and excellent quality (Nissan Quashai 2023). One small downside is that it is a little difficult to plan your schedule in advance when you don't have a fixed appointment (call the day before to go and deliver the car the next day) and you don't know precisely when we should go and take it back. This creates a logistical challenge when there is no one nearby to help. The codes provided to enter the contest to win $1,000 do not work which is disappointing. Thanks to the whole team :-).

Worst service. Made an appointment for a suspension repair. On the day of the appointment they decided not to honor the service sold because the car would not start...for a suspension repair!
I went to pick up my car and the garage had moved it. Make it make sense.

They fixed my wife's car before covid but didn't finish the job. We kept calling and going and they would tell us to come later each time for various reasons. And now after 3 years, they lost most of our information and pictures to be able to fix the damages, they said THEMSELVES they would fix. I do not reccomend to anyone and will never go back.Service: Body & Trim
