Bad customer service and misrepresentation of guarantees. I tried exchanging a controller and they declined due to minor defect. Guy with long hair like a “wanna rock star” smelt like dead rats and alcohol and was disrespectful. He suffers of power trip but does not even know how to read the guarantees nor treat customers with respect. Please go somewhere else until this guy is fired.

I'm going there to buy a new PS5, please lower my excitement level by ignoring me when you prepare the schedules with your power trip manager. We felt as if we were disturbing them in their work. Go to other Gamestop for better services.

Was slightly disappointed by the fact that they weren't playing my favourite songs, "Stuck in Lugia's stomach alone" and "I Love Reshiram married to Reshiram" but overall, it was an enjoyable experience. I was a little confused though about the part when it was announced that Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria would be closing :/
