Colombe was really knowledgeable and professional during our visit. She went through all the features and benefits of the Murphy bed. We were happy to purchase a bed and the mattress from her today. The staff at La Place are superb - knowledgable and helpful. Our Murphy Bed is very attractive in our new apartment and works well. The mattresses are very comfortable - we bought a second, standard bed, too. The moving company, Hull Movers, who delivered the beds were very accommodating and the installers were excellent. I highly recommend la Place.

we came at the end of the week to find an ergonomic pillow for my 7 year old daughter who was complaining of neck pain. We were greeted by two very helpful young women, UOttawa students, who were knowledgeable about their products and who offered to try test models - the pillows being final sales for hygiene reasons apparently ( but with a manufacturer's warranty, of course). They took the time to help us find a model that met our needs, and we are still extremely satisfied today, several months after the purchase.
