Amazing service! I dealt with 2 agents Joe and Anthony and they showed amazing team work. I was only looking to change batteries in my car keys and they showed me amazing deals that I could have with Bell. I had a bad image of the company however they were able to convince me otherwise. So far so good. Every time i have a problem, i know that i have a great team to support me and help me.

I visited the Promenade Gatineau Store today and was helped by Anthony. Anthony was super professional and helpful with my phone upgrade. Will definitely recommend family and friends to visit Anthony at this location. I even received gift cards.

As we entered the store we were warmly greeted by Ben who listened to our story and then took the necessary time to assist us with the purchase of a phone as well as linking our phone to our provider. Ben was genuinely interested in providing us with the best options throughout this process. I really enjoyed my experience with Brandon’s great customer service at the source. I went to the store for a new phone and I was guided through the whole process. My questions were all answered and he provided good advice as well. I was able to get a good phone deal along with a better internet option that I used to have, all because he took the time to make sure I’d have the best deal.Thank you very much ?

Thanks a lot to the young man Ben Bertrand he helped me a lot and was really patient. I had a big issue with my lanes where I couldn’t even call or text anyone. I din t see any solution for me I tried everything and it din’t work. He helped me fix the issue and even offered me something even better I really recommend him if you ever go at the Mall

I came last Friday and Megan helped me.Amazing bilingual service and very friendly.She is very knowledgeable and patient.From I could understand, the source is owned by Bell which is the biggest company in Canada. I used to have problem with Vidéotron and I am happy with my services with the source ( Bell ) !I highly recommend that place !

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE IF YOU PLAN ON MAKING A RETURN - EMPLOYEE TRIED TO STEAL ~$2000 FROM ME.I had made an order to the store, and because of the delay I bought from somewhere else. When the item arrived to the store, I went and indicated that I wouldn't be taking it back with me, but instead returning. The employee was assisted by a manager to process the return, and after inputting into the system, they told me that the refund would happen within 24 hours to the card used for the purchase. I asked for a return receipt, and they said one would be emailed to me with the email used for the purchase. It has been 48 hours, no email, no refund. I called customer service for the status of my refund and they indicated that the store put my order status as "PICKED UP" with no indication that it was returned. I have now been trying to call the store for an hour and they are not answering my call.I am furious. The item I purchased and tried to return was $1700 with tax, and now I don't have the item. I can't contact the store. They told me the refund would be issued but they never even inputted into the system. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report this because this is absolute fraud. AVOID THIS STORE AND BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.UPDATE: I had gone back to the store 2 days after, and indicated that I had never picked up the item and that it was supposed to be returned and refunded. The employee working there checked the history, and realized that the return was NOT entered into the system, and it in fact was set as "picked up". I also indicated that I never signed when I picked it up. They then issued me a refund on the spot, and I confirmed that the refund was received.This means that the original employee likely tried to steal the item, by marking it as picked up, not issuing a return, and taking the product themselves. This also likely wasn't a mistake, as the original employee was confirming with me multiple times that it was set as 'returned', and that I would get an email receipt for the return. Be wary of this store, especially if they don't deal with this employee appropriately.

Worst Store Ever! Would give no Stars if this was an optionWe bought an Item online that had been approved and sent to us for pickup. When we arrived the Store Manager let us know that his employee had sold the product and for us to call head office. When we called head office they said it was the managers fault and their was nothing they could do as its the manager responsibility to resolve. Sad excuse for a Canadian Entity will be going to the Better Business Bureau to resolve.Still waiting on The Source to resolve the ticket.

Always enjoy my experience shopping here. Anthony helps me out every time I'm in and he’s great. Helped me find the product I was looking for very quickly, was able to answer all of my questions about it, and gave me an accurate review of it's performance. Despite the rush of the holiday season, I have really enjoyed the service at this location and appreciate the staff's knowledge of the products and honesty. This is definitely my Source location of choice!

If there is less than one star i will give to this place! i ordered a mac laptop and was delivered to this store for pick up! i received an email that is ready for pick up and the tracking showing it is delivered to the store.i went there showed my email and told the first guy he went in to search and returned said he didn’t find any! than he talked to another guy which is not friendly at all went in together and they both returned said not available.I showed him the email and the tracking showing that is delivered already to the store yesterday, he started saying non sense that i have to wait 7 days to receive it i told him no i have 7 days from the day the computer is ready for pick up to collect it! he said you bought it few days ago and maybe not ready!. and bla bla blaI told him to check again and if he didn’t find get me a manager to talk too he started to say i am the manager here and started like he wanted to make a big trouble as wanting me to say something to yell at me i told go and check! he went in and after two min he returned with my laptop and i took it.What a bad service just avoid this store, and what guy or manager as he claimed don’t know what items they have and what items need to be picked up he should know them by heart if he is a professional one which clearly no. this guy who said i am the manager he was talking on the phone saying my manager not here few moments ago before telling me he is, he felt embarrassed he found the item inside not like what they said and never said sorry for this mess.
