Best place for great sausage. Nice selection of fine cuisine supplies and friendly service. 2 exterior sitting areas for lunch. The only thing is the debate over hot dog vs sandwich. Why complicate things!

My parents came to town and wanted an authentic tourtierre (sorry if I spelled it wrong) to bring home for a New years party. They bought a bunch from various bakeries around Gatineau/Aylmer. Long story short, they said the very best by far was from here.
