I have always loved this store... I find simple little things there... I had a family project framed there... candles... decorations... and always discounts... I I love...
I like the staff in general... (there are some super helpful ones.... although there are exceptions... "poor" employees) always staff turnover "I think" I come across some new or new... but I admit that there is one... Quite pretty... but too young... ah cursed aging! (47 years old) lol...
her name starts with "M" and ends with "A" loll in addition to being pretty... is smiling... nice job. I would have happily left him my personal business card lol but hey... you have to respect people's professionalism... but nothing stops me from leaving a clue 😅.. but no, let's see...
Keep it up team... you're doing a great job (exceptions excluded) lol

Wanted nail art , no one would help me find anything similar to what i was looking for. Walked out with nothing because instead of asking me details they just said nope we dont sell any nail stuff. Well i was looking for stickers and jewels. Guess ill order online

La gerante fait un travail lamentable. Les prix sont trop cher et aucun retour mise a part quand la gérante décide de son plein gré sans aucune justification. Service au client : -10. Je ne retournerai jamais plus chez Michaels à Gatineau. Je suis maintenant pris avec un outil completement neuf sans pouvoir l'utiliser et je dois en acheter un autre.... un vrai gouffre a argent !

On y trouve presque tout pour faire du bricolage de toute sorte, mais la sélection de laine est un peu limitée... particulièrement au niveau des aiguilles à tricoter.
