I know why big business is the one that dominates the market. I try to support local business going to this store in Gatineau, I want to change my laptop memory, I am an IT person but i need to know if they have the memory available the customer service said, you have to pay us to check your memory and pay us to change the memory, I said i dont need you do it, at least can you pass me an screw driver and I will do it here, I need to buy the memory, $60 dollars to pass me a screw drivers, i said Thank you, Left the store, went to my house opened, ordered in Amazon 2 days after my memory was good and running well.
very good experience and good exercise for local stores. Managers we go to your store for help, and good customer services. otherwise we can buy online, of course i will not coming back again.

I brought my PC to Computer Canada because I was tired of spending hours trying to figure out why my system wouldn't post after a motherboard and RAM upgrade. I paid for the rush fee and also coughed up extra for motherboard and AIO cooler re-installation, thinking I was paying for expertise.
The system was ready in just a few hours. Amazing speed, considering they didn’t bother connecting half the components.
Not a single SATA hard drive was connected. I had to yank the GPU just to access them.
None of the front panel connectors were plugged in. Apparently USB ports are optional now.
They plugged the AIO cooler into the wrong fan header, making the pump fans run at full speed and confusing the system and causing warning sounds and seconds long OS freezes. For good measure, they tossed a random case fan into the CPU fan header like it was some kind of wiring lottery.
I brought the PC in to avoid troubleshooting. Instead, I paid a premium to do it after they were done. Irony at its finest.
What’s the point of fast service if I have to spend an hour at home finishing the job.
Bring your system to Computer Canada if you enjoy surprise puzzles, disassembly work, and paying extra for the privilege of finishing the job yourself...

Bought a Motherboard, a CPU, and a hard drive. Brought back the motherboard to get another since I had bought the wrong model. Had good service and no issues with the products.

Very helpful, there was no wait, I had immediate assistance. Great selection! I originally went to Best Buy and couldn’t even find someone to help me… After 45 minutes at Best Buy they told me to go to Canada computers! Lol and so I did.

Always buy computer parts from here, price are reasonable, I bring a paper list of parts that online says are in stock and sale rep gets me everything and confirm that everything should be compatible, take the time to help, never feel rush, just finished assembly, looks great!

Jai acheter pour des millier de dolars en pieces dordinateur a ce magasin et sa fait mintenant deux fois quon me voi refuser un retour sur garantie.
Premiere fois etais avec un disc dure qui etais deffectueux puisque que je pouvais pas installer windows sur celui ci. Je suis aller a ottawa il on pris le temps avec moi et fait quelque test et mon automatiquement rembourser.
Deuxieme fois jai acheter une sourie logitech pro light a 200$ la sourie et elle a comencer a avoir des saut dans la scroll wheel.
Le technicien a la base EXTREMEMENT non chalent dans son ton et attitude soidiment test ma sourie sur un site internet et me dit quil na pas de probleme et veu garder ma sourie pour un examen plus appronfondie, je lui dit essais dune autre facon et tu va voir elle fonctionne male, avec encore une attitude non chalent prend ma sourie et essais se que je lui est proposer desseyer, je le regarde fair attentivement et je voi bien que mon probleme se repete a lecrant mais il continue de me dire que non il na pas detecter de probleme, toujours sur son ton et son attitude non chalant.
Breff pour moi se magasin est terminer.
Si vous voullez depensser des milliers de dollars et avoir des problemes de retour ou dechange sur garantie je vous suggere dacheter au canada computer de gatineau.
Sinon je vous suggere tres tres fortement de fair un gros 15minutes de plus et daller a ottawa, la ou vous aurez du vrais service professionelle.

Piètre service à la clientèle, gérant franchement impoli. Festival de l'incompétence. L'on me fait payer plus de 50 $ pour me mentionner que le bouton "power" est brisé, ce qui était une évidence crasse (impact direct survenu contre ce bouton). Incapable de me dire si la pièce existe et/ou se trouve sur le marché après 5 jours ouvrables. Très, très mauvaise expérience

Absolument déplorable comme établissement et service.
J'ai emporté mon laptop pour un diagnostic.
On m'a rappelé pour me dire que on devait me charger 99.99 $ de plus pour un nettoyage avant de procéder avec le diagnostic.
J'ai refuser et quand je suis arrivé pour récupérer mon laptop on me charge tout de même 50 $ pour un "diagnostic " ...mais on m'a affirmé pas pouvoir commencer les travaux.
Embèté j'ai payer car 5 employés me fixaient .[ à noter que le magasin était vide.]
Moi et mon conjoint avont rappeler car avec réflexion cela ne fesait aucun sens.
Le gérant a commencé à haussé le ton et clairement n'as aucun service à la clientèle.
À éviter.

Terrible costumer service.
Yann in particular was very disrespectful during my experience. I do not recommend buying anything from here. Try best buy for better products, policies and costumer service.
