Usually I loved the service at Pennington's but when I went there today, no hello, no greeting, no suggestions on today's specials. Also, normally, the sellers were curvy women but today, it was only sellers with small waists. One of them recounted her life, separated, change of schedule, no money to buy her medicine, had to borrow money from her sister. All this while I was looking for bras without help. Really not good service today unfortunately.

The manager is not very accommodating. I bought a bra with a default, invoice and labels and no possibility of returning or exchanging. Customer service from the manager really leaves something to be desired.

I love this shop???. The times I have gone, I have not had any disappointments☺️. There is something for everyone, even for teenagers and young women. Compare to big box stores which only have clothes with big flowers?...see if young people or even like me, have to wear this kind of pattern because we are overweight?. I was able to dress my 21 year old daughter for fall on the cheap? because they (Pennington) have wonderful discounts all the time???.
