I saw him patiently assist a customer who had a language barrier, clearly explaining how to laminate his document and making sure he understood the process. He also helped another customer who needed her picture taken, listening carefully and retaking the photo until she was satisfied. When she was confused about the added taxes, Ryan took the time to explain how the taxes were calculated. Both customers left happy and confident.
