Good morning,
Thursday October 11, 2024 at 8:20 p.m. I went to the store for an item that I saw online which showed that it was available in store but ultimately the inventory on the site had not been updated further. I came from 1h30 away I want to thank the manager who did everything possible with an employee so that I could obtain the fan from the Quebec region thank you to both of you I received my fan customer service 10/10 I hope they get this message and recognize it

I have been visiting this store for the past few years.
Never liked the service, I felt like nobody was there to receive my questions and help me finding stuffs
But I visited last week, everyone jumped on me to help.
Fresh experience, and I appreciate whoever is in charge to change the environment!

I love the wide range of products the store has but it is always a disappointment whenever I interact with staff. I was looking for a shopping cart and the service desk staff told me they are in aisle 6 (confirmed in both English and French in case). They were not in aisle 6. Who trained her that shopping carts were in aisle 6? Has she ever been to aisle 6? Unbelievable. I went out to the parking lot and got one.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse service I've ever received. Asked multiple people for help and not one person helped me. It was very obvious that because I spoke English no one wanted to help me.Pathetic I will not be returning.

Special order 2 fiberglass balconies and 2 fire doors with delivery the doors arrive damaged and the balconies cut on the wrong side. I complained and I remitted 20% of my bill

Lots of staff, but not too helpful though they try. Parts bin has number on it that is not the numbers they need to checkout, much wasted time trying to get right numbers as you have to hunt for what took forever the first time. No cashier's only self service on Sunday.

Great store with excellent service. We needed to buy treated wood to fix our patio steps and the staff helped us choose, carry and cut the wood. Employees were easy to find and eager to help. Their garden center is also great! Very pleasant shopping experience and very productive!

Today really no skillsaw blade or a skillsaw in their Rona store anymore to make the cuts.. plus a Rona hardware store and make me say no blade or skillsaw in the store. seriously to avoid at all costs to all my friends Contracer go to pestle have blade and skillsaw or any other hardware materials.
Rona Not recommended by me.. worst service ever
