They have an ok selection, but the place is soooooo cluttered that it is just not fun to shop at. It is a terrible place to walk around and the shelving placement makes no sense. Whorst is that books are often in other rows than their designated rows (as shown in their webside). Upside is that staff is friendly ans helpfull when available.

I went to the Gatineau branch for a specific box. There were four in store. I searched in several possible sections. Three different clerks also tried to find them but to no avail. Other customers seemed to be in the same situation as me. I left without buying. This is not the first time this has happened to this branch. It's disappointing.
