Employees non existent. Walked in twice within 20 minutes and employees were sitting around talking and only came to see us because we asked the 2nd time. She never asked any questions or gave us any info. Asked if that's all we wanted and brought us to the cash. On our way out we noticed she was back to sitting on a couch speaking with another employee! Only reason for the 2 star is that the client service desk employees were friendly.

Worst service. Waited 30 minutes before a salesperson would assist me. He said the dishwasher would be there a certain date and it's not even true. I went there on the day after he said it would be there and the girl at customer service told me I have to wait untill the next day. I went back and now customer service is telling it got pushed back untill January.
I am never shopping there again.

I visited the shop last Friday and was assisted by Amine CHALLAL. He was very respectful, professional, and made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Thanks to his help, I ended up buying items and I’m very happy with his great customer service and sales skills.

I’m really disappointed because when I went to buy my sofa the salesperson told me, I had 30 days warranty that if the price dropped they will adjust the price (making clear they will adjust as long is on my 30 day warranty)
So I bought the sofa with confidence.
2 weeks after I purchased the sofa the price went down around $400 so, I called them to adjust the price, here the customer service never mentioned that I’ll have just one time to adjust the price. This point was never made clear to me at this point.
So, 3 days later the price went down again to $1,000 so I called again. The store first they told me they will check and call me back so, I waited for around 3 hours and no one was calling me back so I called back.
Another girl told me now that I had just one adjustment allowed and that they will not adjust it again. I did mentioned that I was under the 30 days warranty but she just said sorry I cannot do anything for you at this point.
I’m really disappointed with the customer service from this store because they didn’t honour their word. Even after I had the proof of the price going down in less than 30 days. This is very unfair that they sold me a sofa and not even a month after price went down by $1000 and that they don’t honour their warranty.
So next time you are going to buy something here make sure you comfortable with the price you are paying, because they will say anything to sell you their merchandise.
I just lost trust on them.

Had a great experience with Sylvain at The Brick in Gatineau. We went in several times to test different mattresses and he was incredibly patient and helpful every time. He walked us through the differences between each type, answered all our questions, and helped us find the perfect fit. He was so helpful that we ended up buying two mattresses. Excellent service, highly recommend seeing Sylvain next time you are looking for a mattress.

My dryer machine was defective, and I was very upset but Wafa handled my claim with exemplary calm and professionalism.
She found the solution and helped me sort everything out.

Worse experience ever I never go back to this store it is just the worse customer service ever we bought a mattress within 3 days theattress was all bump up and they don't want to exchange it ...you people if you want to buy something cosco is the best bet for you all ..shame on the brick and its policy shame on you
