Went in on a Saturday morning, looking for corners as we were doing siding. Melanie and Erik went above and beyond to help us. The corners were not on the shelf, they turned the store upside down to help us. Such amazing customer service. Thank you so much! We will definitely make this our regular Home Depot!

The directors at this Home Depot couldn’t be more rude and uncooperative. This is my first negative review I have ever posted. I tried to get my money back for a $100 bucket of grout that was a defect from the factory and after an hour and a half fight, they gave be $50 off. Like a bucket of grout was going to bankrupt the poor little chain that is Home Depot. I’ve spent over $50,000 dollars there over the past 5 years (I know some people spend twice that in one season) and I was treated like a bother. The disrespect to the customer from the directors is huge here.

I went to by 2x4s during the weekend only to find out at the end that the cut machine was broken. I called today to find out if it the machine is woking and no, it is still broken.

Worst customer service received... We paid for a dryer on August 26 which we still have not received. More than an hour waiting on the phone to speak to an agent. I do not recommend this store.

So, bought a counter back in late July early August..paid the required deposit and then never heard from.them. I called 3 times at the end of August to ask for.my.invoice and if things are .moving along. I had to chase them to get and pay my invoice. Once paid, I waited a week and then called a few more times to inquire about date of installation...supposed to call me back last week but never heard back from them so I paid over $1100 and still have no counter and nobody is calling me back...starting to feel ripped off

I purchased a 5' x 10' Marathon trailer which is supposed to support 2100 lbs. In the 1st week, after the very first trip including 6 waffle stones (98 lbs each), a "U" beam just behind the axle with very poor "rivets" stalled at 50% and is still hanging under the trailer. After 8 days of talking to numerous people at Home Depot Gatineau, including sending photos of the damage, the problem is still not resolved and I am told that these sales are final and that I cannot return it. Fortunately the company that supports this trailer called me back and explained that this part plays no structural support role and can be torn off but Home Depot knew nothing.

Knowledgeable and competent staff at the paint counter guided me in my purchase of primer and paint for my concrete basement floor. It is refreshing to talk with people who are truly able to advise and not invent information to feel good about themselves.
