“Drivers should tell people to clear the entrance (between the wings), some do it and repeat it often but others are too timid or not assertive enough. Which means that the front (between the two wings) is often occupied by people and luggage (backpacks or other), while there are even seats, so much so that even "normal" people "have difficulty getting past this point. Many people (including myself) need to hold on to the handrails in order to get to a seat, they also need to exit out the front door by holding on to the handrails. I often have to say "Please excuse me..." when entering or exiting with my cane or walker.”
