We were looking for dining room chairs and had the good fortune of dealing with the manager/designer Carla. She was very knowledgeable, generous with her time, respectful of our vision, and super pleasant. After a less than pleasant experience at another store, she restored our belief that there are professionals who have integrity and are pleased to provide an excellent service. We highly recommend the Gatineau store and Carla in particular for a great customer experience. We will be back.

Extremely helpful bilingual staff offering high quality made-in-Québec furniture. So many choices in style, design, and fabric; fortunately, the knowledgeable and patient woman at Vice Versa assisted us with our decision making. And kindly tolerated my phone calls this past month: “Is it ready yet? Has the furniture arrived?” Today was the day, and the two sofas are beautiful.
