This has to be one of the worst Walmart stores for pick up. The staff that work the pick up area are the slowest and most unorganized. Management please replace these people with ones that are more motivated. The girl working tonight actually moves slower than a turtle. 30 + minutes of waiting is completely unacceptable. And it’s like this almost every time.

My wife went to pick up a small grocery order with 3 little kids and a newborn baby. It took Walmart an extra 90 minutes and my wife had to go in anyway and wait in line with the kids for customer service to figure out what the hell was up with the order.

Waited over 30 minutes for someone to come empty the can machine after asking again after 20 minutes. Then the man who came to empty the machine was mad and kicking the machine and slamming doors right in front of me.

Bbq on sale. Wanted to buy it and leave it at the store for a couple of hours as it was a very big BBQ, to get a trailer to come back and pick it up. We were refused this option. We've been shopping faithfully at this store for years. Very rude assistant manager wouldn't even consider it for a couple of hours.

Poorest service at the cash register the cashier is impolite unresponsive to ladies but loves to talk to males . Refuses to help put our groceries in our cart even for myself a senior 60 yrs old white female. No compassion whatsoever terrible terrible staff you employed !!!!!

The manager, Stephan, is by far the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered. He was dismissive, impolite, and openly rude. While I was explaining an issue with a return, he repeatedly interrupted me, hung up on me over the phone, and even walked away in the middle of our conversation when I spoke to him in person.
To make matters worse, he lied by claiming he could not find my receipt in the system. When another employee assisted me, they were able to locate it right away, proving that Stephan was either careless or deliberately untruthful.
Other employees felt the need to apologize on his behalf, which suggests that this type of behavior is not uncommon. They themselves appeared embarrassed by their manager’s lack of professionalism. Frankly, I am shocked that someone with such conduct is employed as a manager at Walmart. It is clear he is not fit for the role. Moving forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

When your machine don’t work try to fix them immediately. You guys waste people’s time and money. Like we were told we were able to bring our water bottles so you better make the machines work.

The lack of management on the floor is a major issue. Today, I waited 40 minutes for someone to come open the cabinet where baby formula is locked away. Not only was I one of three customers waiting, but we all spoke to multiple members of staff before someone with a key was able to assist. The store was quiet, though there is no reason this should ever happen.

Due to proximity, I usually go to this store and although it's never been well-organized, I didn't write a review.
But today, The self- check out was exceptionally dirty. I think the manager/s should take some time off their very busy schedules!! to go around the aisles and see what is happening in this store.

I was ripped off by a Walmart cashier, please people check your receipt before leaving the store, it's important for you to check ✔️ your change .. I was bewildered when I left the store with my change in my hand, it was $ 20.00 short, my receipt said 52.05 dollars .. I only had 32.05 dollars in my hand ✋️ because i left the store before checking, it wasn't possible to fix the error from the cashier ! So be alert ⚠️ and check it before you leave !! This was the Plateau location in hull Quebec, 35 Du Plateau to be exact. It's so easy to give back the right amount of change, i mean it's lit up on the computer cashes for goodness sake !!!
Very disappointed in this store. 😒
