I found expired food items still on the shelves during my visit. This is concerning and should not happen, especially in a large store like Walmart. Staff should be more careful with checking expiration dates to ensure customer safety. I hope management addresses this issue.

I am writing this review to express a serious concern regarding the pharmacy’s handling of breastfeeding medication advice.
I am currently two months postpartum and exclusively pumping. I went to the Walmart pharmacy specifically to ask a pharmacist about cold medications that are safe for breastfeeding and will not reduce milk supply.
I was told I needed to set up a file before I could speak with the pharmacist. After doing so, the pharmacist never came to speak with me directly. I was only able to communicate through a pharmacy technician, who relayed information back and forth.
Because the medication box did not list the active ingredients, I relied on the information provided by the pharmacy staff. I was told (via the technician, supposedly from the pharmacist) that the medication was “good” to take while breastfeeding.
After taking one dose, my milk supply dramatically decreased within 24 hours. Upon researching the medication myself afterward, I discovered that it is not considered safe for breastfeeding and is known to reduce milk supply.
Breastfeeding parents rely on pharmacists for accurate, evidence-based guidance. This experience has made me feel stressed and angry.
I am sharing this review in hopes that better protocols are put in place so other breastfeeding mothers are not put in the same situation.

The store is 640 Boulevard Maloney Gatineau Quebec! I would like to take you up on your offer to send you a private message, however you didn't leave the information of how to contact you privately. Am willing to have a discussion with management and even possibly deleting this post after a good conversation and a genuine apology. When I write a reviews it's %100 the truth.
Been a loyal customer of this place for 18 years, stopped by today to do some shopping to send supplies home to my family who was badly affected by Hurricane Melissa! However I figured i would talk to a manager to get a discount, donation of product or cash whichever. The female manager who came the black light skin girl with the curly just straight up said no with an demanding tone. I was told by the wonderful greater gentleman at the door that it's not the store it's head office that doesn't allow that and I understand completely the situation and chat for awhile him and something we always do whenever I go there because he is very friendly and polite. Now for that manager lady, even thou she wasn't allowed to give a monetary, items or discount due to head office rules which is beyond her control. The very least she could do or say is sorry to hear about the Hurricane but we can't do that. No humanity at all. I have called managers attention, security and employees multiple times on people who I witnessed stealing because when people steals the price goes up for innocent customers like myself who work thier hard earn money. But next time I see or witness a shop lifter stealing i might even hold the door open for him or her on thier way out. The prices will go up,but i will just have to do some overtime at work and I will be able to afford the price hike.. I once witnessed i guy loaded multiple bag's and walked right by the cashier,I mentioned it to the cashier but he didn't care or even think to call store security so I just continued shopping. The same guy unloaded his bags in his car and came back in the store around 2 minutes later, so I decided to find a manager and tell her. Buy then the guy noticed the manager was looking at him and was about to call security so he exited the store with the empty bags. I then provided the description of the male and his make of car to security, not sure what happened after that. That's only one of the multiple times I observed people stealing there and brought the attention to an employee. Never again, they could steal the whole store, I will pretend I didn't see anything.

There is a guy in a grey and white camper who's been parked in the parking lot for weeks who gets really mean if you go anywhere near his truck. If he even thinks you've been near his truck, he'll start hurling insults at you. Tried to talk to the manager about this, but the customer service clerk (name: Hiba) refused to let me speak to him. Avoid this place.

This Walmart is a great place for shopping. They have almost everything you need. Very organized and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. They have huge free parking lot. They have self-service purchasing window. So, you can purchase quickly rather standing on the long line. Prices are comparetively low. They don't required a membership for buyers. Recommended!

Uber was used to deliver groceries. Despite selecting no contact delivery for drop off at back door, when she knocked the front door I stated it’s supposed to be dropped off at the back door. I get missed calls and text saying she couldn’t reach me and may need to cancel order. I call her back, mutters “this is unfair” while backing her car up to the parking lot and finally unloading the groceries. By the way on the FAQ section it says drivers are not to accept tips but when you order it asks for an optional tip.

I came with my electric scooter, closed and they refused me access. No sense. I'm not in anyone's way. I don't ride scooters indoors. It's just logic. Why are you losing customers?
Amazing

Buy your stuff from Ottawa. The electronics don't work here. You arrive home to find defective merchandise and they keep your money.
