My experience with WOOKI has been excellent. First, the price I was able to get on a pair of Wolverine 1000 Mile Boots was the best online by far. After I placed my order, I noticed I used my billing address for the shipping address. Emailed Wooki and the change was handled quickly and seamlessly. Later on, I received an email indicating to use a different promo code to receive 20% off instead of the one I used which was for 10%. Even though my order was already placed, WOOKI applied the new promo to my existing order so I was able to get the additional discount. My shipment is in transit with a UPS tracking number provided. Can't wait to get my new boots and thanks WOOKI!! A job well done!!

I just purchased my first pair of boots from Wooki and I had never heard of them before but they had a great selection and reasonably priced so I decided to give them a try. I will update once i received the shoes but I must say, I am very impressed with their speed on processing my order and shipping. I am pretty sure they will be my go to shoe store.Update- just received the boots today and they are perfect. I also really appreciate that they sent a follow up email confirming it was delivered and had instructions right in the email for returns if I wasn’t happy with them. I won’t be returning them but nice that I don’t need to jump through hoops to do so if they didn’t fit. Highly recommend Wooki.

I really thought WOOKI was too good to be true based of the prices and the reviews. As someone on the West Coast, my delivery took longer than a few business days to arrive, but they did arrive and the shoes are gorgeous. I am currently processing a return due to getting a wrong size, and the steps are very simple and the label is prepaid. I would definitely buy from WOOKI again!

After waiting 2 weeks after ordering from the Reebok website without any movement I decided to order the same shoes from here, not only were they cheaper but shipped the same day! They arrived 5 days later in Calgary. Will definitely use them again next time!!
