I love their products but yesterday I went to shop and went in to get a few things. The staff is very welcoming but after they stay with you, way to close and kinda felt like they’re in your space. Just puts the shopping experience very awkward. Afterwards it was time to checkout, we ended on the first computer, had an issue it moved to the second for the checkout, I wasn’t in a rush but the manager told the employee to hurry scanning the products since it’s taking to long. It made the already awkward experience worst.

I have never seen this in Yves Rocher, a customer since 2017, I always bought my products from OTTAWA. 1st time in Gatineau and the Services are not pleasant with people of color BRIGITTE should take welcome classes and stop categorizing people we all have the same Canadian $. Black, white or pink.

I always go there to treat myself. ;) Their products are of excellent quality, their perfume smells very good without smelling too strong. The price is good and they offer small gifts every month with all purchases, when you subscribe, and it's free for the subscription. I really appreciate their service, always of very good quality.
