“Hey these folks have been in business for multiple decades at the same location .. and it's thanks to absolutely awesome top notch customer service attention to details and very extensive knowledge and a deep drive to assist you with everything that you need to get your vehicles and projects going .. and when there is an issue that pops up they always stive to make it right .. ordered a new alternator this summer and one was brought in from Ottawa carquest warehouse but something was seriously off about it (didn't look new ) and so they quickly professionally stepped in and made it right and on the spot reordered a replacement without a hitch .. all of the other times ordered many parts and had parts made like hydraulic hoses etc etc ..wow helpful and quick and knowledgeable .. any vehicle machinery tools motor equipment etc etc .. they oftentimes gone above and beyond to help out .. long time awesome ? businesses like these are absolute gold for holding the fabric of a town running smoothly .. ? .. only thing is ..unlike city carquests in Ottawa they in gracefield don't deliver to private individuals not even if you're absolutely stuck and there's always room for improvement.. gracefield needs a taxi service and pick up delivery services”
